We offer logo and brand identity design bundles (ask for our price list). We also love layout design for capability statements, product brochures, magazines, and general brochures! We love to work with brands that are innovative and care about their brand and how their customers connect with them.
We generally provide two rounds of changes with all design projects. This gives you a chance to make any small changes to the first proof such as image and text changes. Any changes over these two rounds will be charged at an hourly rate unless stated otherwise.
All of the designs we create are designed in our design programs, which means you will not be able to edit them yourself. If you would like us to create a document in Powerpoint or Word, we aren’t the designers for you!
At Katie Wass Designs we pride ourselves in our creative process, which means our projects will take a certain amount of time, which most of the time cannot be turned around in a few hours or minutes. We also generally have projects booked in advance, so depending on the week, we will schedule your job in as soon as we possibly can.
Of course. We have many clients who are all over Australia and overseas. Most of our communications will be via email so distance is not an issue!
For all new clients, we require a 50% non-refundable deposit before beginning the project, and the remaining 50% on completion of the project before files are handed over. Thereafter, projects $500 and over require a 50% deposit to begin.
Apart from a complimentary initial phone call when starting the project, we prefer to keep communications via email, that way we can keep focused on the project at hand to ensure we have 100% focus without any disruptions. This also helps when we need to reference notes and key points from our discussions!
